AdShot™ is designed to be an option on new Triton or Vulcan Dispensing Systems; or to be a retrofit to existing Advantage™ Dispensing Systems that require process feedback to ensure product quality, integrity, and dispense repeatability.
AdShot™ is designed for high throughput manufacturing or low throughput but high valued parts by safeguarding against improper mixing ratios caused by:
- Motor failure
- Motor encoder failure
- Motor power supply failure
- Motor controller failure
- Wiring failure
- Pump failure
- Communication failure between system and motor controller
By automatically shutting off if any of these symptoms occur, AdShot™ does not allow off ratio dispenses, giving you the assurance your material is on ratio - every time.
