Fluid Research® Corporation’s FlexiMeter™ single component metering/dosing system offers superior performance over all types of single component metering/dosing. When accuracy, repeatability and dependability are key to your process, the FlexiMeter will outperform any other systems.
Employing a wide selection of positive displacement Progressing Cavity Pumps, these exceptionally reliable systems incorporate state of the art, patented controls to accurately dose your material. Programming unique shot sizes and dispense rates is as easy as a few keystrokes -- you can dispense almost any type of material, with precise accuracy.
Featuring a programmable run-back feature; a pulse of the Progressing Cavity pump in the reverse direction after dosing, the FlexiMeter virtually eliminates any dripping, or leaking. The FlexiMeter is designed to be either a standalone unit, or integrated into a larger system. Using the Start, Stop, and 4 Bit Digital Interface, you can integrate the FlexiMeter into almost any application; from dispensing adhesives to zinc pastes.
