The Triton Dispensing Solution has often been called the Industry Standard for two part dispensing.  This complete dispensing solution incorporates proprietary  microprocessor control systems to accurately Meter, Mix, and Dispense two part materials.  You can easily program ratios, sizes, and rates with programmable ratios and dispense rates available in continuous run mode. 

TritonFluid Research’s Triton family of dual component tabletop systems offers superior performance.  These exceptionally reliable dispensing systems incorporate patented state of the art controls to accurately Meter and Mix your two part material.   Programming unique ratios, shot sizes, and dispense rates is as easy as a few keystrokes -- you can dispense almost any type of material on ratio, with precise accuracy. 

Employing Fluid Research's Stat-a-Seal™ Dispense Head virtually eliminates material leaking and curing in the head.  Stat-a-Seal has no dynamic seals, instead, featuring patented non-sliding metal bellows to ensure reliable operation.

The Triton family of systems is designed to be a convenient tabletop model, employing compact footprint -- ideal for prototyping, laboratory, or small part production.  All of the Triton family series use Fluid Research’s micro-processor controlled servo drive, and offer the choice of economical gear pumps or Progressing Cavity pumps.  Triton Family systems deliver smooth, accurate shots or continuous material flow, as well as accurate material volume and A:B ratio control.  Optional recirculation, agitation and auto-purge for filled materials are available.  The Triton family can store up to 15 timed (specified quantity) or 10 continuous flow rate programs, giving the user the flexibility to change the dispense as needs change.  You will see immediate value with increased productivity, exceptional quality, and reduced material waste.
