About the Founder
More than twenty years ago, David Cline, CEO and Founder of FRC, had a need for a system to dispense two component silicone materials to pot instrument controls. A flexible system was required to both prepare and maintain material while accommodating a variety of shot sizes. Reliability was critical to minimize defects and control costs so he developed a system that in turn created Fluid Research which was built on the need for predictable meter, mix, and dispensing of multi component filled and unfilled materials.
Cline has been the West Coast's first recipient of the Small Business Administration's "Small Business Person of the Year," and has been voted one of California State University's Prominent Alumni. FRC is steered according to the founder's principles to Provide unsurpassed excellence in fluid management and dispensing technology. It is a promise to our customers to find a high caliber solution to many dispensing needs.
