The Advantage Series dispense solution from Fluid Research® Corporation is the dispensing solution of choice for high volume, high viscosity applications. Combine our patented programmable control system with our advanced metering technology and you have the versatility, accuracy, and reliability required for your applications. The Advantage Systems allow you to make adjustments to material ratio and shot size in a matter of a few key strokes; a feat that would normally require a complete reconfiguration of traditional dispensing equipment.
The Advantage Series dispenses via MMU (Material Management Unit™), drum or pail ram, or even your existing tank farm. Proper material preparation is one of the largest puzzle pieces to reliable dispensing. This system can accommodate almost any material - from thick paste to unfilled, optically clear materials.
Options like agitation, recirculation, temperature control, and vacuum degassing can be added to assure your material performs as intended.
The Advantage Series Meter, Mix, and Dispense solution is available in two models, our Advantage III™ and Advantage CPM™, one of which will fit your specific needs.
