Our family of multi-component fluid management and liquid dispensing technology product line is comprised of 3 footprints: tabletop / benchtop, cart mount and workstation. The Z-Series, T-Series and S-Series systems feature various levels of performance designed to offer customers a graduated multiple option for high quality meter, mix and dispensing solutions.
The Z-Series, available in both tabletop and cart mount models, is a liquid dispensing solution designed around an aggressively priced platform. It is ideal for low-volume dispensing with no automation, with prices start under $8,000. Designed for low to medium product volume dispensing, the system offers accurate dispensing, in a compact footprint, ideal for prototyping, laboratory, or small part production.
Our workstation systems, which are computer controlled, can dispense up to four components and are designed to accommodate the most complex applications. These systems features the best of all potting/encapsulating solutions and is easily integrated with automation, XYZ motion and material handling solutions.
FRC's 2-part dispensing equipment features an automated system to calculate, dispense, and monitor your dispense cycles – eliminating manual adjustments or calculations-and any guesswork. Simply key in a few variables and begin your dispensing. We integrate these systems with XYZ Motion or light robotic movement. Proper material conditioning is one of the simplest ways to dispense a consistent, accurate, and repeatable product. Material conditioning can range from degassing/de-airing and heating to material agitation and vacuum feeding. If quality and consistency are key to your application, you need to consider adding our optional Material Management Unit to ensure product meter, mix & dispensing is consistent.
