The tabletop / benchtop systems from FRC incorporate proprietary microprocessor control systems to accurately meter, mix, and dispense two part materials. The systems automatically calculate, dispense, and monitor your dispense cycles – eliminating manual adjustments or calculations.
Our line of tabletop / benchtop dispensing systems eliminate any guesswork so you can key in a few variables and begin your dispensing. Programmable ratios and dispense rates are even available in continuous run mode and are also available with onboard material storage tanks, low level sensing and memory storage for up to 15 individual dispense programs.
FRC's tabletop models incorporate features which are normally only available on larger, more expensive systems. We engineered it to stand alone or interface with your entire production line from indexing rotary tables to XYZ robotics, offering a compact footprint - excellent for prototyping, laboratory testing, or small part production.
