Z-1000: 2-Part Dispensing

The Z-1000 is a bench-top, positive displacement, 2-component dispensing system designed around an aggressively priced platform. It is ideal for low-volume dispensing with no automation integration.

The Z-1000 uses direct dial analog controls for reliable adjustment of rate, ratio and dispense time. Gear metering pumps provide accurate mixing and continuous flow of Epoxy, Silicone and Urethane materials with repeatable results for each dispense. The economical Z-1000 is built to exacting specifications, drastically reducing, cleanup, labor and maintenance.
