Continuous Filling

Continuous Filling Cycles are growing in popularity as more dispensed applications are becoming automated. The term Continuous Filling refers to dispensing a product on a non-timed cycle. This application best suits custom work or prototyping as dispense times will vary between products.
The most popular example of continuous filling is the prototyping industry. Material is Metered, Mixed, and Dispensed, however the end quantity isn’t measured. The term “just enough material” was coined in the continuous filling industry. Another popular application is honeycomb edge filling, adhesives are dispensed onto a substrate, the dispense is not timed, instead control is left to the professional applying the adhesive to the honeycomb. Combine either of these two types of continuous filling with our NeverEmpty™ MMU and you have an endless dispense cycle!
Our most popular Continuous Filling Machines are our Triton and Zephyr for their simplicity of use. With dispense activation features ranging from pistol and double pistol grip to foot switch or even a simple button, we can create a dispensing solution you need, allowing precise dispensing without compromise.
If you have the need for continuous filling, Fluid Research® Corporation has extensive experience in both the design and manufacture of continuous filling meter, mix and dispense solutions. We can customize a solution to your specific needs!
