Fluid Research® Corporation’s Never-Empty Material Management Unit (MMU) expands upon our original Material Management Unit™, offering greater control of process variables and to eliminate down-time from time consuming processes like vacuum degassing, heating, filtration and more.
Dual Tank supply systems create continuous delivery of conditioned fluids. The proprietary tanks in compliment are interrelated - while tanks are dispensing a second set of tanks are conditioning (filling, vacuum degassing, venting), then waiting in standby mode for the other tanks to stop dispensing.
The software includes timeout alarms, filling machine interlocks, and status memory to deal with short term shutdowns (the system remembers if the last tank was degassed, dispensed, timer settings, etc…).
