State of the Art Dispensing for 1 to 4 Component Paint Products

The PluraPaint^® dispense system from Fluid Research Corporation provides high reliability and accuracy for the dispensing of multiple component paint products. The system accurately meters, mixes and dispenses up to four components in programmed shots or continuous flow. Patented control logic is used to simultaneously meter all components into a mixed dispense stream. Program storage of up to 50 programs with unique ratios, flow rates and shot sizes is standard. Component materials can be supplied via MMU (Material Management Unit) or bulk containers to allow dispensing of mixed materials in volumes from 10cc to the entire volume of the bulk supply container.

The PluraPaint^® system reduces material usage by allowing the user to dispense only the amount of material required for the current job. No more messy and time consuming kits to mix. Simply place any size container beneath the static mixer and press the button. Material is dispensed on ratio, mixed, and ready to use. The system is well suited to industrial production applications that require high accuracy and quality combined with efficient material usage and increased productivity.
