Material Management Units
(MMU): The Fluid Research® MMU is designed to provide thorough material preparation prior to dispensing. The key to successful dispensing is often good material preparation. The MMU can be configured to include a combination of conventional Stainless Steel storage containers, drum ram technology, transfer pump technology or Bulk Feed based upon the specific dispensing application. Material preparation may require any combination of agitation, programmable heat, vacuum degas, or material
re-circulation depending upon the material and application being processed. The Fluid Research MMU is frequently used for continuous material processing in automated applications for critical high-volume applications.

Stat-A-Seal® Dispense Valves:
The patented Fluid Research®
Stat-A-Seal® dispense valve takes dispensing reliability to a new level. The dispense valve uses a unique design to eliminate dynamic seals. This significantly reduces required maintenance on the dispense head and is a must for dispensing of abrasive materials.
Stat-A-Seal® dispense valves are available for two and three component applications. The valve design minimizes material contact until dispensing into the static mixer. Manifolds are available to accommodate most standard disposable static mixer designs.
Stat-A-Seal® valves are available in Aluminum or Stainless Steel material with
Teflon® static seals to provide the ultimate in material compatibility.
The Stat-A-Seal® features an adjustable “Snuff Back” for drip free control.
