Our Signature Series Dispensing Systems are designed to address the three most crucial features of dispensing: shot size, ratio, and rate. These three characteristics must work in harmony to provide accurate and reliable dispensing. Our Signature Series dispense systems do this while monitoring a myriad of other features for material conditioning, preparation, and system maintenance.
The Signature Series is operated via PC, allowing you to control it from anywhere. You can even program designated PC workstations to alert when materials need repleneshing or other factors need attention
Our Signature Series’ cornerstone is the marriage of the CPU, progressive cavity pump technology, and Stat-A-Seal™ dispense head. This combination allows you to program “on the fly” for shot size, ratio, and rate. It also allows you to monitor and adjust pressure, rate, and additional process variables from any location.
Signature Series dispense systems are designed to accommodate the most complex applications. From single part for-in-place gasket compounds to triple-component electrostatic paints, the Signature Series will surpass your expectations.
If you are looking for the ultimate in multi-component dispensing with the ability to expand for future use, the Signature Series is designed for you. Many of the current Signature Series in use right now are designed for future upgrades in features and/or capacities. From designing to accommodate triple component dispensing to creating interfaces for future robotic integration, the Signature Series dispensing equipment can accommodate.
The Signature Series dispense machines are available with integrated bar code readers. A simple scan of the barcode and all the dispense parameters such as A:B ratio, flow rate, and shot size are instantly accessed and automatically programmed. The bar code reader allows you to run a variety of different products in random order on one assembly line - the machine will automatically reconfigure itself for the part.
The Signature Series proves its worth daily - metering and dispensing single and multi component silicones, urethanes, and epoxies. We provide industry leading performance in applications requiring the dispensing of filled and abrasive materials containing fillers such as aluminum oxide or glass beads.
