Our Signature™ Series dispense systems are capable of accurately performing complex operations from single component for-in-place gasket compounds to multi-component electronic encapsulants.
The Signature Series proves its worth daily - metering and dispensing single and multi component silicones, urethanes, and epoxies. We provide industry leading performance in applications requiring the dispensing of filled and abrasive materials containing fillers such as aluminum oxide or glass beads.
The Signature Series dispense machines are available with integrated vision - from bar code readers to visual shape recognition. A simple scan of the barcode and all the dispense parameters such as A:B ratio, flow rate, and shot size are instantly accessed and automatically programmed. The bar code reader allows you to run a variety of different products in random order on one assembly line - the machine will automatically reconfigure itself for the part – or simpler, shape recognition – let the dispensing solution do all of the work.
