The Signature Series fluid dispensing machines are available with integrated vision - from bar code readers to visual shape recognition. A simple scan of the barcode and all the dispense parameters such as A:B ratio, flow rate, and shot size are instantly accessed and automatically programmed. The bar code reader allows you to run a variety of different products in random order on one assembly line - the machine will automatically reconfigure itself for the part – or simpler, shape recognition – let the dispensing solution do all of the work.
