Time/Pressure systems provide economical filling equipment with good fill accuracy and are best suited for low to moderate viscosity products across all industry applications. Products can be supplied to the filler with tight pressure control or products can be gravity fed from a hopper with a level sensor. Time/Pressure fillers allow fast line changeover where low cost is required.
Time/Pressure Dispensing is the dispensing of liquid materials (surface mount adhesives and gasketing materials) by usingair pressure applied to the top of a syringe to force material through the other end. Time/Pressure systems provide economical filling equipment with accuracy and are designed for low to moderate viscosity products. The amount of time the air pressure is applied is directly related to the amount of material to be dispensed. Also known as Air Over Dispensing, (referring to air pressure over time or air pressure applied over a syringe) Time Pressure Dispensing is ideal for small applications dispensed by hand.
