So you have a product and are trying to decide whether you want to build it yourself or to contract someone else to do it.
Because the point of assembling yourself and contracting out is determined by each company on their own specific situation, you should ask yourself questions like:
- Is this a short term or long term run?
- How long would it take to break even on the purchase of a dispensing solution?
- How much labor is involved in dispensing myself?
- How exact (on ratio) does the dispense need to be?
- Does my material need to be conditioned (heat, agitated, etc)?
- How does the material cure?
